Aspasom (Tiemonium Methylsulfate) is a synthetic antispasmodic which is used in relief of spasmodic visceral pain. It is indicated for visceral muscle spasm such as spasm of intestine, biliary system, urinary bladder and uterus. It is also recommended in the treatment of pain related to gastrointestinal, biliary, urological and gynaecological diseases such as gastroenteritis, diarrhoea, dysentery, biliary colic, enterocolitis, cholecystitis, colonopathies, mild cystitis and dysmenorrhoea.
